Football Accumulator Tips

Azerbaijan v Northern Ireland – Under 2.5 Goals

We begin with a short priced selection. Northern Ireland are hard to beat under Michael O'Neill and after 5 group games have conceded just twice. They won't find this trip easy and Azerbaijan will make things tough for them. The hosts don't score many goals with just three goals in their opening five matches. They beat Norway 1-0 here in a disclipined performance before losing 4-1 to Germany. NI haven't scored in either of their two away group matches but have only shipped twice.

Norway v Czech Republic – Both Teams to Score? Yes

Sticking with the same qualifying group – Norway host Czech Republic. Lars Lagerback is the man in charge of Norway and is looking to restore their confidence. They have struggled in recent years but there is a new generation of players coming through. We've seen the abilities of Josh King in the Premier League this season and he could strike here for his national side. The Czechs have netted 8 times in their opening group games and beat Norway 2-1 in the reverse fixture. Norway even conceded to San Marino so their defence is far from watertight.

Chicago Fire v Atlanta United – Chicago Fire Win

One of the few MLS games going ahead despite the International Break. Chicago Fire have been excellent this season and are playing with plenty of confidence. Their home form has been exceptional so far and remain unbeaten here with 6 wins from 7. They held Orlando to a goalless draw on the road last weekend and should be able to get something from this match up. They are missing Dax McCarty in midfield but the majority of their squad remains in place. Atlanta have made a decent start in their first season but their away form needs work. They lost at Vancouver Whitecaps last weekend failing to mark properly at corners and free-kicks and they need to do better if they are to put out the fire!

Degerfors v Gefle – Degerfors Win

We cross to Sweden's Superrettan for our final two selections. Degerfors are happily mid-table and have been the epitome of average this season. They've scored 13, conceded 13 and have won 4 and lost 4 of their 11 games. They are signficantly better than Gefle however. Three of those four wins have come at home and they host a side who haven't won on the road. Gefle have been victorious just once this season and lost tamely at home last weekend to Orgryte. They are likely to struggle here.

Norrby v Syrianska – Norrby Win

A second home win from this division and we're opting for Norrby who despite their lowly position have won three of the last five matches. They are slowly dragging themselves out of trouble and their recent home form is helping. Theyve beaten Gefle and Frej who occupy the bottom two spots and have drawn with the likes of GAIS and Trellborgs. Syrianska can boast the worst away form in the league. They've lost four of their last five matches on the road and have scored just four times during that period. Gefle's only win of the season came against them. Their last match against Dalkurd was abandoned half way through but they were losing 3-1 anyway.
