Both Teams to Score Tips
Carlisle v Barnet – BTTS
Carlisle have been very kind to BTTS backers in recent weeks with each of their last nine games landing. The Cumbrians goals have dried up compared to earlier in the season, but they're still scoring at least one per match. They've found the net in every match at Brunton Park this season and will look to continue that when Barnet come to town. BTTS has landed in each of Barnet's last three away matches and they've clocked a 69% record with away BTTS. They've been progressing well under their caretaker managers and have striker John Akinde who is likely to ruffle up any defence.
Portsmouth v Exeter – BTTS
Although not an obvious pick this side pits together two sides who are playing well. Exeter were excellent when defeating in-form Colchester at the weekend with three cracking team goals. They've been better away from home all season and have scored 11 times in their last five away matches. Portsmouth didn't play last weekend and are well-rested ahead of this. Paul Cook's men beat Leyton Orient 2-1 in their last home match and have netted in all but one of their home matches this season. They've got a 58% BTTS record at home and with Exeter firing in the goals for fun, this could be an entertaining 90 minutes
Luton v Cambridge – BTTS
I've been impressed with Cambridge this season, but they just appeared to run out of steam against Mansfield at the weekend crashing to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of the stags. They have been scoring plenty of goals this season and have netted 12 times in their last five away games. Shaun Derry's men should be able to find a way past Luton who have kept just a single clean sheet at home this season. The Hatters have struggled to keep sides out but have only failed to score once at home all season which was against in-form Colchester recently. Danny Hylton is suspended for this, but they have Jack Marriott who can deputise.
Eastleigh v Woking – BTTS
Woking have a whopping 86% BTTS record away from home this season and they come up against a side who struggle to keep a clean sheet. Eastleigh have managed to keep the opposition out just twice in the last 11 games whilst Woking have found the net in 17 of their last 18 away matches. BTTS would have landed in 5 of Eastleigh's last 6 games and Woking beat Torquay 2-1 on the road last time out. Woking have only failed to net against Aldershot away from home this season in a lethargic performance, but they should be able to find their shooting boots here.
